We bring compassion and strength through empathy and emotional awareness to messy situations, supporting those who are currently leading or have led through storms—not by tightening control, but by expanding compassion.

We offer healing and leadership by meeting individuals and organizations at the moment of crisis, providing brief counseling and coaching as a bridge between mess and trauma.

We all know someone who hurts.

The word "Chaplain"  used to mean "pastoral care" - this

is not the case anymore.  At Leadwell we know that people

ask us to step in and walk briefly beside them when they

discover they are in a situation that is messy, broken and 

rocking their world. 

It might be a an individual who has...

An addiction disrupting their life

Intense stress that creates sleepless nights

Lost someone close to them 

A loss of their home or neighborhood or workplace

A fear that rips them apart that they cannot function due to an event

An embarrassing situation 

Tardiness or absence due to situations they don't want to tell HR.

Health problems that are causing stress and deep concern

Family members or co-workers that are creating chaos.

Food, housing and basic needs have been ripped apart

About Leadwell Workplace Chaplains

Leadwell Workplace Chaplains is a program of Wisdom Whispers Ministries (WWM), a registered nonprofit organization under 501(c)(3).

Our chaplains are mentored, supported, and held to the highest standards of leadership and care.

The program is led by James Chvala, Founder and Program Director. He is also the founder of Wisdom Whispers Ministries and Leadwell Workplace Chaplains. James is

an ordained minister, certified addiction counselor,

certified chaplain, and leadership coach who specializes in serving individuals facing homelessness and crisis situations. In addition to his extensive background in ministry and crisis care, James brings significant business and entrepreneurial experience, enabling him to deeply understand the workplace environment and the challenges organizations face. His unique blend of expertise allows him to provide guidance that is both compassionate and practical for today’s complex work settings.

Cathy “Fitz” Fitzhenry serves as the program’s leadership expert, bringing more than 35 years of experience as a

leader of leaders, serial entrepreneur, turn-around expert and strategist, CEO mentor, confidant, and coach. She is the founder of The Leading Heart Community and the author of the Heartbeat Book Series. Widely recognized for her intuitive intelligence and heart-based leadership approach, Fitz has mentored and inspired CEOs and business leaders worldwide, helping them achieve personal and organizational transformation through her unique blend of practical wisdom and compassionate guidance.
