The Leadwell Workplace Chaplain Certification is a 12-week immersive program (three hours per week) designed to prepare individuals to bring compassion, clarity, and crisis agility into today’s workplace.
Built for leaders, coaches, and caring professionals across all industries and faith traditions, this certification develops the skills to serve with both wisdom and heart—no counseling license or theological degree required.

What You’ll Experience
Through interactive teaching, guided reflection, peer coaching, and real-world application, participants journey through three developmental modules:

1. Chaplaincy Foundations (Weeks 1–4)
Build essential skills for spiritual care, ethics, and professional boundaries. Learn how to listen deeply, respond in crisis, and offer presence that restores calm and trust within teams.

2. Leadership Excellence and Crisis Agility (Weeks 5–8)
Grow as a heart-based leader grounded in emotional intelligence, and crisis agility. Practice the art of courageous authenticity and helping individuals find the leader within to overcome obstacles, change and challenging time.

3. Mind–Body–Spirit Integration (Weeks 9–12)
Integrate holistic wellness practices that sustain compassion and resilience. Cultivate mindfulness, physical well-being, and spiritual growth that allow you to lead and serve from your core values. Learn how to align one's core values with their mission and purpose in life and advance their awareness of Heart-based intuitive leadership.
